We accept most common file types, including .jpg, .png, .ai, .pdf, and .svg. For the best results, we recommend a high-quality, two-dimensional black-and-white image. If you’re unsure whether your file will work for engraving, feel free to email it to us at sales@medallionmakerbranding.com and we’ll be happy to review it.

For our Brass and Aluminum medallions we recommend the use of either Epoxy or CA Glue for a strong permanent adhesion.

For Wooden medallions standard PVA wood glue such as titebond is recommended.

At Medallion Maker Branding, every piece we create is custom-designed and crafted specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That said, your satisfaction and the quality of our craftsmanship are extremely important to us. We carefully inspect each item before shipping, but if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or workmanship issue, we will make it right.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to defects in materials or craftsmanship.

To qualify, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the defect.

Once verified, we will either repair, replace, or remake the item at no additional cost.

What’s Not Covered

Variations in color, finish, or engraving depth (common with natural materials and custom processes).

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.

Errors in personalization if submitted incorrectly during the order process.

Yes, we typically supply digital proofs for review and approval within 1-2 business days.

Note- Please provide feedback about your proof within 7 days to keep production times on schedule. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will proceed with the initial draft. You will not be able to make changes once production has begun.

Not necessarily. We offer several finish options, including brass-on-brass, rustic, and patina. Because each medallion is custom-made and brass naturally responds to finishing processes in unique ways, no two pieces will look exactly alike. Color tones, shading, and surface patterns may vary slightly. This variation is part of the handmade character and ensures every medallion is truly one-of-a-kind.

An oil finish provides a light protective coating that leaves the brass looking its most natural. Over time, the brass will continue to age, patina, and tarnish—something many customers appreciate for its character.

A lacquer finish is a sprayed-on protective film that helps preserve the bright brass color for much longer. While it offers stronger protection, it does leave a semi-visible coating that may show scratches with handling.

Because every medallion is made to order, production and shipping times can vary. Most orders ship within 1–3 weeks, depending on the design complexity and volume of your order. Small, single medallion orders may be on the shorter end of that range, while larger or highly detailed projects may take a bit longer.

Please note that custom shapes and sizes typically require additional lead time.
