This bit is used for our Circle Inlay medallions, and our shapes with .250" Corner radius such as our 2.5" x 1.5" and 1 7/8" x 1 7/8" inlays

Amana Miniature Flush Trim Plunge Template 1/4 D x 1/4 CH x 1/4 Inch 

This bit is used for our .125" corner radius inlays, such as our 1.75" x 7/8" , 1.5" x 1.5" & 3"x3/4" inlay medallions.

Router Bit Sizing

2 7/8" x 3/4" , 1 3/4" x 7/8" and 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" medallions require a 1/4" pattern bit.

All other medallions use a ½" pattern bit.

Brass & Aluminum Blanks CNC machined to 0.157" / 4mm thick

Hardwood Medallions are approx 1/8" in thickness
