How It Works

Contact us with your business name and chosen template, or simply add your preferred template logo number to the notes section of an order of any of our medallion products.
We’ll provide you with a mockup via email for review before production

Logo Upload:
Please upload your logo in the highest-quality format available. If your file is too low in resolution or unsuitable for engraving, a conversion fee may apply.
Digital Proofs:
We will contact you with a digital proof within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
Please provide feedback about your proof within 7 days to keep production times on schedule. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, we will proceed with the initial draft. You will not be able to make changes once production has begun.
Router Bit Sizing
2 7/8" x 3/4" , 1 3/4" x 7/8" and 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" medallions require a 1/4" pattern bit.
All other medallions use a ½" pattern bit.
Brass & Aluminum Blanks CNC machined to 0.157" / 4mm thick
Hardwood Medallions are approx 1/8" in thickness
